Build a ReverbNation/SoundCloud Plays website

I have two bot programs that I use to offer song plays, video plays and downloads to Sound Cloud and Reverb Nation customers. I want a website built to offer just two of these services. I can provide a site like the one I want built ([login to view URL]). I would like it VERY similar to this one except mine would only offer services from Reverb Nation and Sound Cloud. I will accept payments through Pay-Pal only, and I will have a few options to up sell the orders. (more plays, add downloads, and video plays depending on what my bot is capable of doing). I want this site to be very SEO friendly and if you also offer the service to get me on page one on Google search with my competition I will pay extra. I do not have a domain but I am looking to buy the domain buysongplays.net.
