Business CD front menu

I want to make a business CD with all our company brochures and want it to have a auto start menu that will work on all recent versions of windows and apple PCs. front menu will be in 2 languages selected just by clicking on a a choice of 2 flags, English and Thai ( we supply any thai txt or translations) then there will be the 3 main areas our company offers services in with a sub menu for each listing the brochures which will be all in PDF files. should also have option to install latest pdf software if needed. Need all complied in whatever folders needed and simple but stylish menu that we can then have a service burn to CDs. we can share all files by dropbox with you.
