CSS design of webpage

Need professional CCS programmer. Attached to project there is a .png-file with a dummy on firstpage. A god job here can be another 5-15 pages of extra work. All 100% css no tables. The main project is the center part content conainers. All should be easy to adjust with CSS. IE and Firefox comaptible. This dummy is guideline. All fonts and pixels should be retrived from file. All text is dummyext but text should appear as in dummy. Top center container will be designed seperately so a space should be applyed Also greay top right area shpild be spaced. ADplacement! Left menu and header menu also CSS and should be designes as a template. A raw .png-file will be sent when job is active.
