Change image on 8 graphics - repost

I need a creative designer to change the image on my graphics... This is a simple task...you are just required to change the image on my header, footer, ecover and five banners. They are uniformly created and bear the same content. I will give you the PSDs, you then change the image and send them back in both PSDs and PNG. My budget for this is $10 as this is a relatively simple work that won't take much time. Please don't bid if you don't agree to the budget.
