Copy Magento Template into a CS-cart platform urgent

Another freelancer has taken a sweet time to do and now it has become urgent! Client have already a site done part on CS-Cart and part on pure html. She likes a template to re-do her site but it has been made for magento. Needs to copy all functionality from magento template into cs-cart already functioning site.
