Corporate Web Design

My client makes white label applications for Android and iPhone platforms. The client really likes [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] They only have one corporate color (R- 28 G - 125 B - 181). Where the above sites are right in Orange, I'd suggest substituting the above blue. **The job is for the Index, contact page and one interior,content page design.** It needs to be in vector format. We'd like the site to heavily feature modern phones to display mock-ups of the application (do not worry, we have graphic designers who will put the mock-ups on the phone image you provide).
