Customize Blog Theme!!! Thesis Theme Wordpress!!!

Hello Everyone, I am looking for someone to customize my blog theme. I have a couple of screen shots that describe what I am looking for. I also have a logo that I would like to use that I have included. The theme must match the logo! I am using a theme (CMS) called Thesis. I suggest you check out how this theme works before you bid on this project. Here is the link ([login to view URL]) I have instructions on the picture files. This should be a simple project when using the Thesis Theme. If you have a theme that you can modify, and I like it, I am ok with you using it. You must be good with wordpress.
