Design Book Covers for Real Estate Related Book

This project is for a trade paperback sized book 6"x9" (15.2cmx22.86cm). I have included the copy for the back page and one of the inside pages with the Title and sub heading. Our book is targeted towards buyers and sellers of residential and multi family investment properties/real estate. I'm looking for a front cover design, spine layout, back cover design and also any suggestions for a name and subheading. We will be offering about $149 in free downloads from our website too. Maybe include a "As Seen on YouTube" highlight on the front cover. I'll need room for the barcode on the backcover too and also a place for my photo. I'll also send some front covers of similar books that I have in my library for ideas/covers that I like. Looking to have the cover designed by the end of May.
