Design Firm Template Coding!

I require someone to code a 1 page design for me. I will provide the PSD. This is for a design firm, so needs to be of good quality. I have designed the template my self. as long as someone does the first page then i can manage coding the others. I need this is valid XHTML & CSS. Nothing else. I am looking to spend a minimum amount as i am very low on funds. This page contains mostly text, around size 11 text therefore you can imagine there is alot of stuff packed into it. - Thanks!
