Design up to 150 Icons for 2 websites

We have 2 websites which we need up to 150 new icons designed for. Bidders will attain the ability to represent information with limited space. The icon size has to be 48px X 36px. Format should be .png, and when exported minimal compromise should be made on quality, yet the icons should not be bandwidth intensive. Please see attached a jpeg of 4 icons we want re-designed so we can select a bidder who meets our requirements. The document also shows banners we currently have on the site, and what the general website looks like. The icons designed must match the website, so that they fit into the design as a whole. If you are interested please can you re-design the 4 icons (bearing in mind our current website design) to the best of your ability, message me with the re-designed icons attached and we will evaluate who has done the best job, and reward them with job.
