Design Pages for Current Website PSD

I have a current WordPress based website, which I do not have the time to design pages for. I need you to look at the site and continue with the site style and the site theme. And Design 4 pages to make the site and theme, I need the PSD files. I need this within 4 hours, also do not bid if you have less then 10 feedback, and less then 4.8 overall rating. Maximum Budget is $60.00 USD including freelancer fees, will only create $30.00 USD milestone. Please note these are very simple will not be that complex, but there will be work involved. Will check PSDs before releasing any payment. Will need PSDs and will also need you to send jpegs.
