Design is needed

What we need is a new catching, amazing design for our company! It should contain pretty flash animation. "Stellar Navigation" is modern and dynamically developing company, operating a network of offices through-out the East Mediterranean and Baltic regions. "Stellar Navigation" is a part of privately controlled vertically integrated industrial holding, which history goes back to 1994, managing investments within ship owning, IT, clay and coal trading. We want someone who is really reliable and serious to write and develop also a technical specification for our site. This may lead to further cooperation with a freelancer who will do this work perfect (both design and TS). All other details in PM. We want the examples of your previous works!
