First of all, I only need a designer - I'm a very experienced programmer myself. I need a designer to design a website where users are going to play small flash games. There are going to be some sort of community later on, so some username and password fields in the banner or on the sides is going to be needed. I only need a .PSD file all, the slicing and creating the site into HTML & CSS is done by myself.
