Build a simple single-page backend and frontend table (Interesting small project)

The scope is very simple. We need an HTML5 and Jquery based webpage. This is to display in a table, the tenant list of a building. The Front-end: > The look will be same as the attached image > It is non-interactive, it will only display tables as shown without any user interaction > It will have main canvas with a fixed width and height, the canvas will have multiple zones of fixed width and height > Exact colors and details will be provided > Main feature needed is that the table should cycle its data, (the explanation to this is as below): Assume there are 4 zones in the main canvas (z1, z2, z3, z4) and there are tables t1 to t8. Each zone is displaying 1 table, thus: t1 in z1, t2 in z2, t3 in z3, t4 in z4. Now, after a delay of x seconds, z1 will show t2, z2 will show t3, z3 will show t4 and z4 will show t5. After a delay of 2x seconds, z1 will show t3, z2 will show t4, z3 will show t5 and z4 will show t6. ... Now we reach a state where z3 shows t8 (last table), the z4 will switch back to t1. Backend (CMS): The client should be able to edit: > Width and Height of canvas (considering to be run on a full-screen mode browser or a different program that accepts HTML) > Number of zones inside the canvas > Width and Height of each zone > Number of tables > Number of seconds delay > Content of each table The site should be able to be hosted on any web host.
