Construct HTML prototype from Wireframes

I have a set of wireframes (PNG files) that I need converted into a functional HTML prototype. There are 4 pages in the wireframes. An overall HTML Style Guide PAge should also be produced to include definitions of all the following page elements: Heading Styles: H1 H2 H3 H4 H5 List Styles: Unordered List Ordered List Main Navigation Styles Left Navigation Styles Table Styles Forms Styles Note: Not all these styles are included in the wireframes provided.
