Convert a Template to a 3dCart Ecommerce Website

We are a wedding invitation website searching for someone capable of creating the attached mock up image as an HTML page on our 3dCart Website. We are working with 3dCart so the options will need to be integrated into the shopping cart platform. There are already HTML pages in place, the design and options will need to be modified. The first HTML Page will require the following: Design changes, page will need to align with selected category once category is clicked, options for each category will need to be synced with 3dCart, tabs to be added to one category, options of clicking on "more pictures" with additional pictures to pop up. The second HTML page will consist of three parts. The first part will be the selection of which text they would like to use. The second will consist of choosing what verses they would want to use and the third consists of entering their text so that they could personalize the product. The last HTML page will consist of choosing additional products to accompany their main product. This page will also need a text field so that the customer could input their personalized content. There are three html pages total. This is the summary of what the main tasks at hand are here. We have attached the first mockup image which is the more complicated of the three. 3dCart experience or other ecommerce platforms experience is a MUST.
