Convert a website to a Right-to-Left layout

I need to convert a website that is based on a Skadate template (PHP, similar to a boonex dolphin template) from a regular LTR to an RTL layout, since I'm translating the website to Right-to-Left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew. Additionally, on the admin side I need an "RTL" checkbox near every language that is used with the website, telling whether the website should be displayed in an RTL layout if that language is chosen. So that if the user selects English, the website is displayed in a regular, LTR manner and if the user switches to Arabic, the website automatically switches to an RTL layout. (The actual language translation is not required) See the attached examples for both the user and the admin sides
