Old joomla sites conversion

I have 3 websites that are old joomla versions: f-trade. gr anthimoss. gr avgerinos.org. gr I need somebody to do either of the two things: 1. Upgrade them to Joomla 2,5 or latest without ruining their template. 2. Making the template compatible with joomla 2,5 3. Make them run fine in PHP 5 and future versions These sites are old enough and i must remove them from my server because i am running php 5. So i am searching for a solution to run them on php5
