adult header design

we are a programming company looking for a designers to join our designer team. we focus our work on the adult market. we have a lot of work to do and we need to add more designers to our team. Attached you'll find a header demo in a jpg format. we want a new version of the header with the same quality and style but a new version, it's required to change colors, shapes, button, new screens, machine shapes, new letters, new disposition of the elements, new logo,etc, etc.... we'll pay this first design on budget, we need this first work to check your skills, the new design will be sent in a psd format with the different layers, texts and fonts used. The designers selected will be added to our team we have a lot of work to do for our clients, we'll pay for every project depending how fast you work we normally pay around 500$-1000$ per week to our designers.
