Build 50 Wordpress Websites and basic SEO

Please read this completely before responding, and only make a quote for the project that I am asking about here. Please demonstrate that you understand what I'm building here and why I'm building it, and any suggestions for how to make this website network more effective would be very appreciated. I want to build 50 wordpress websites, using a variety of free templates. Each website will have a similar amount of work as this one: [login to view URL] I built this myself in only 10 hours, so I know how long it takes to create a website of this size. Each website must have 5 unique articles, 300-500 words each (max 2000 words total), written to create original content sections on the website. Each article will have 2-4 links to the website and my other websites in this network, plus 2-3 assorted off-site links, and one photo (from a set of photos I send you or from royalty-free sources) Each website must also have a contact page, links/resources page, about us page. Each website will have basic graphic work done to make it look unique, such as making a header graphic. Each website will have basic SEO done such as: Basic onsite seo (meta data, <h1,h2,h3> tags, alt-text added, etc) DMOZ submission Basic Search Engine Submissions A few external links (make your proposal for this). Each website will have basic Wordpress plugins, such as All in on SEO, Google Analytics, RSS feeds, Facebook "Like" buttons and Social Bookmarking buttons, etc. Each website will have various admin features installed such as: Set up of Google Analytics (all 50 websites will use the same Analytics account) Email forwarding to a single email address for this website network Facebook fan page setup Google Adsense setup (all 50 websites will use the same Adsense account) Set up extra Admin account in Wordpress for me to use All essential details of each website (passwords, FTP info, etc) will be added to a single Google Doc that lists all the details for all 50 websites in the network. You will make 2 new web-pages per week, until completed, and you will be paid monthly. Expect that the first two will take a lot longer while we work out all the details, and after that they should be much faster and become more routine.
