Apparel website launch

I am building a business based on positive wear and christian oriented apparel. My business partner and I have specifications and a deadline ot meet. PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BIDDING This will be a fairly simple Online Store with a few differences. We will be selling t-shirts, hoodies, onesies, beenies, tanks tops, shorts, visors, hats, skateboards, tote bags, socks and more. I will need the control panel to be able to control prices and items as we may wish to change them periodically. We will need a cart with Paypal integration and links to our social networks. There is a retired link - the retired link are the designs that are not popular any longer. We will have control over these designs and will have a page dedicated to these retired designs where others can bid on them to come out of retirement. After a certain amount of bids, these designs will come out of retirement. We will also have a submit link for others to submit designs for us. When purchasing the items, we will need a spot where you can preview the order with the selected design the customer has chosen. When selecting the item, there will be an option for the size chart to pop up in a new screen if needed. I have made a template and will have more details when awarding the project. You will also be able to log-into your account and rate the designs and keep track of your past orders. There is a time limit we have on this project so if you are not able to meet the required time of completion of July 1st 2012, then we will demand our milestone back and will leave a negative feedback.
