Customization to a wordpress theme with shopping cart system - repost

URGENT. The turn around time is 2 business days. The maximum budget is $50.00. This could lead to ongoing work. We would like to find someone we can rely on regularly. 1) shopping cart customization see below: a) upon check out need shopping cart to compare restaurant postal code with delivery address with the restaurant address to decide the delivery fee for up to 5km is $6.00 from 5km up to 15km is $9.00 {I hope this makes sense} over 15km there needs to be a message that says contact customer service to arrange delivery & add gratuity to order option upon checkout. b) shopping cart wording to be changed to order now c) browse products to be changed to browse menus d) reservations to read special requests {there may be some minor additional edits} 2) customizations to color scheme: a) background of side widgets to have the same green blue color background instead of the light grey & those buttons to have the same dark grey color instead of the green. {open to suggestions} b) slider {homepage slideshow} to have a slight transparent background to show font better or change font style & color to show up better. 3) change the color header under main header from light grey where the menu is to the dark grey almost black 4) a drop down closed for deliver sign during non deliver hours when people land on the website :) Thanks!
