better method of shipping

My website [login to view URL] needs a better shipping section added. 1. I input the size and weight of the box when i input an item on my site. 2. Then along with the customers address it automatically calculates the shipping charges and adds them to the total. 3. I want the customer to have more choices in shipping. 4. A shipping label is available to me after the sale. 5. I want an example of some work you have done in the past before I award the project
