Develop a Realtime TV Commercial Generator website for Real Estate Industry - repost

Hello Our company is seeking a creative and experienced web programmer / developer to develop and design a website that allows real estate agents in Australia and anyone selling property to be able to create professional looking TV Style commercial video for their property/s in real-time online. The website will be hosted on www.realpropertyshows.com.au. The user by simply by uploading their own photos will be given a range of editing tools to develop the video online such as adding video effects i.e. transitions, adding text, selecting background music, and even be able to insert voiceover audio. The user will also be able to select online from a small collection of background music, text types / fonts and background images to add into the video however they are free to upload their own content. The generated videos can than be previewed online than uploaded to sharing sites such as youtube, facebook etc and provides an embed video link so the user can paste link in their own website. There will be a lite and pro subscription where pro will have extra features such as being able to save videos to a PC/Mac. This technology is not common online however the few sites that have very much the similar concept we want is www.realestateshows.com. We URGE developers to create a trial account on this site and watch videos to get an idea of its functions. Another site not related to realestate is [login to view URL] that has similar technology. Both frontend and backends of the site will need to be developed. The site will focus on creating TV style commercials online so the functions such as generating a flyer etc as seen in the [login to view URL] is not required. We have attached a project brief that is a little more detailed as to what we require. We are looking for a developer with CREATIVITY AND VISION that can provide ideas and input as well and also provide the designing for the interface and general cosmetics of the site.
