I am currently in the process of constructing a meeting agency. We have clients on one side of the world that I would like for them to be able to register on our new site for no cost. We have clients in Australia that I would like to be able to browse the site at no cost. Until they would like contact details and addresses, then they have to enter into an agreement and pay monthly.
