Blackboard 9.1 Course Development

I need a super quick turn around on developing a Blackboard 9.1 course. My shell is up of course but no content as of yet. In short, I have all the instructor materials, tests, quizzes, etc, but my University does not have the integration with Cengage (the publisher of my book). However, I have all the Cengage materials from their site. So basically, for an experienced Blackboard 9.1 instructor or developer this should be super easy. I however have not used the platform for over 2 years.
