Build an Online Squarespace "Market" for Real Estate agents

Howdy from Texas! I need an online interface for my Squarespace site at [login to view URL] where Real Estate Agents can create an account, log in, post what they can do for home selling and home buying clients, and post some pictures and/or a video. The idea is to let them, "advertise," on my site. They will need to post what they charge (commission rate, flat fee, or both). There will be more after this, because I want to allow our customers (people selling or buying homes) to be able to "rate," the real estate agent, too. I'm very serious about making this happen, and I appreciate the bids on it.
