I Would like to create a platform for online stores that can be customized easily and deployed on any host. All content (Logos, menu items, store sections & Items) must be easily editable by an easy to use back-end management UI. Design must be easily replaced, like for Wordpress themes. Moreover this is an eCommerce platform, billing and security is an issue. Please describe in your BID what will be the billing platform used and what is required from the end user to provide.
