We need a shop solution which preferably uses standard components (existing shop/ERP/CRM software) and matches the following requirements: 1. Platform 1.1. Must run on Debian server with Apache, PHP & MySQL (LAMP environment) 2. Frontend 2.1. Modern, responsive design, news area (see 3.2.3) 2.2. <removed> 2.3. Multi-language, multi-currency 2.4. Flexible payment options (minimum: full paypal integration) 2.5. “one-click-order-process”, simple order process 3. Backend 3.1. ERP System 3.1.1. Support for multiple warehouses (at least 2) 3.1.2. Standard ERP functions 3.1.3. Reporting 3.2. Administrative functions 3.2.1. Simple CMS 3.2.2. Product management 3.2.3. Widgets or blocks for marketing activities, announcements etc. 3.3. Orders 3.3.1. Support for multiple warehouses 3.3.2. Order management 3.3.2.1. Amazon seller central integration (product upload, order management) 3.3.2.2. Invoices 3.3.2.3. Credit Notes 3.3.2.4. Order processing 3.3.2.5. Export for DHL / Internetmarke (very simple csv) 3.3.3. Support of retailer orders (different VAT, different prices etc.) 3.3.4. Support of affiliates 3.3.5. Coupon codes 3.3.6. Product ratings & reviews by customers 4. Data Migration 4.1. Migrate relevant data (products, customers, orders etc.) from existing Magento shop
