Back end system - process users consignment, update shipping process, upload all shipping document, send emails to users etc Description of requirements/features: Similar urls: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] DHL: [login to view URL] Install a widely used open source ecommerce plugin - no product catalogue required but do need orders, payments, invoices and payment gateway for credit cards Custom code functionality to work with DHL UK XML Services API - pages needed for customers to get parcel quotes, label printing, creating order in the ecommerce, etc USERS Public/Individual Account- customers - Payment is instant Business Account - Agents & Company - (Based on backend approval ) Login Individual Account - social login optional For Agent & Business User Payment - instant, weekly and monthly (Back end approval) Agents earn commission Website is multi-tenanted, admin creates agents, an Agent is a business that sells parcels services to customers, all agents use the site owners DHL account and card payment account, site owner assigns retail customers to agents Main functionality is retail customer logs in, gets a DHL parcel quote, pays by credit card, prints DHL label, job is submitted to DHL. Backend System: For admin team to edit user profile and set traffics. Site needs to connect to a SMS/Text message service by API and send each customer a text message when their delivery order is confirmed. We can provide tariffs excel sheet if possible. Additionally functionality Quote for Air| Sea | Road Freight basically gets details of the commodity sender and receivers details and emails it to our admin email for us to contact the user and discuss - does not return price except from Product that we will provide a csv for. So from here database part arrives. We will ensure a dynamic zip code locator option in your admin panel from which you would choose on which areas you can cover up within a day. Your virtual partners will come to you with product information and with different product parameters set by you and they can be able to check the price to pick up that already packaged good from there and deliver the same to the end customer within a day. This is not necessary that only companies can come to you to have your services, an individual can do this for his own purpose as well. The further target should be to merge with your partner websites and for that we need to implement an open API so that they can integrate to fetch your live service data (location , weight, type based price) On otherside driver needs to accept the order, Or driver Can select the order from the list (optional) Driver Need to collect the Order from defined Location and He needs to confirm receiving the order in good condition and he need send SMS to customer in Destination that he is in his way to deliver the shipment .
