Build touch screen app

I need a touch screen app created full HD landscape, single touch. The application needs two iframes created with keyboards or virtual keyboards running. so for this I think running the app inside chrome full screen with the chrome keyboard plugin. should work best? but you as the developer can advise. I'd like the app build in action script of HTML or whatever you feel will work best and be best to do this in. The app consists of: - Screensaver (I will provide video tomorrow) - On tap have a orientate screen. This needs to allow user to flip orientation 180 degrees. So, it can be viewed as landscape on either side. - Home screen with 3 buttons. - Button 1 has 2 subbuttons that must each link to brochures of 10 pages each. Must be able to page through each brochure. - Button 2 - this loads another submenu with 12 buttons. Each button goes to a 1 pager. There is a button called "IM INTERESTED" This must go to an iframe with keyboard on the iframe back. All pages go to the same link. - Button 3 - This goes direct to an iframe with website and keyboard on iframe page - aswell. (VIEW PDF WHERE I GO INTO MORE DETAIL ON THIS BRIEF) All artwork is ready in indesign or illustrator cc formats. and is already landscape full HD. I can send it now so you can start on the development. Please note currently the 2 website links (mentioned above) can not be opened up in iframe. There is a security on it stopping us from doing it. We are in talks with the developers to remove this security. This may happen on Sunday or Monday morning. Please note we will check for any changes on Monday. I need open files when done. Please advise timelines on this. I need you to start now and be done in 24 hours on this. The items that can not be done like links can be done Monday but everything else must be completed. Please advise how you would dev this and why. what will work best for kiosk and for the iframes with keyboards.
