Build very simple photo website

Hi I want a very very simple website created. It is a photo gallery. 9 pages are exactly the same, each is only logo, menu and a photo viewer that is full screen. at the bottom of the full screen I want to be able to make a comment Similar to the following website but with a different colour [login to view URL] 1 page will be a photogallery of all the photos on all the other pages. Of course i need to be able to manage the photos and comments You can use a wordpress theme and customize it all make it yourself, what ever is easier I will give this to the lowest bidder who can do it all in 1 week or less. I will decide today or tomorrow
