Build a website in social recruiting space

I am starting a new project and looking for somebody who can help me create the front end of my website. This website will be used by software professionals and software companies therefore I am looking for somebody who has done this kind of project before and can come up with an elegant landing page and user home page. It should be totally done in pure HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap so that it will be mobile friendly. Javascript and jquery will obviously be part of it. Landing page (home page) should have some branding information about the project like many modern website look like these days and from functionality perspective it should have login/sign up information for an employee and login/sign up information for employer. I would like to see a mock up of the home page and depending on what I like I can reward this project to you. Next module will be user home page and employer home page. I am looking for somebody who can create look and feel like facebook, twitter, tumblr etc. Remember this project is in social recruiting space so mock page should reflect the same and look very appealing. Another thing you should be considering is landing page (home page) should have same theme/design once you will login to website and land on user home page or employer home page.
