Create a website using a Wordpress skin

The website is only to give information and we will not need to sell anything on it. I do not have a big budget to do this so I want to keep it simple. Depending on the offer we have a budget between 700 to 1100 US dollars. It will be in three languages. English- French and Spanish It will have 11 pages for each language ( total 11 X 3 = 33 pages) I want to use a Wordpress responsive skin. What I expect of you Propose me a few wordpress responsive skins and help me make the best choice Propose three different backgrounds Make the changes to the background chosen Find the pictures / logos needed Make the few graphic designs required Create an appealing header Propose new ideas/ concepts to make it more visually appealing Organize the information on the website Make the changes required after first versions There will be a two simple things to do related to graphic design a) make some kind of funnel so to make understand that there are 4 different steps (same funnel for page 9 and 10) b) create a simple graph Images/photos and Icones to be used: 1. Market studies –information – understanding competitors 9. Establish a partnership 10. Find the right supplier 11. Trade mission, give the feeling of accompaniment, organisation of a business trip 12. Commodity trading –3 images Mine, petrochemicals, food products 13. A software 14. Image of an industrial machine working in a car chain factory 15. A Mine – different picture than the other one 16. Icon Sales representative 17. Icon Finding a partenrship 18.
