Customisation Multiple Booking Hotels website

Need an experienced developer /web designer familiar with WordPress customisation I would like to make an online Multiple booking hotels website, where I charge subscribers a commission for reservations, they will be able to place their hotels info and location in the site. hotels that want to list have a dashboard to manage their profiles. Administrator needs to be able to Accept or refuse subscriptions, manage listings, see stats, manage content easily………….. However, I'm open for any good template suits the requirement. Design must be professional , presentable and responsive. In your offer, list previous experiences with building directory websites / listing and search forms , or Wordpress experience The developer must be confident he can implement the above features so please investigate and research the theme before submitting your proposals and provide quote. The payment will be made 30% on award, 30% on agreed milestone, balance 40% on completion. Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. I will take full ownership of all code and copyrights.
