Customize Shopify Theme

I am looking for an experienced Shopify developer to help me with finalizing the design of a my shopify store. I need this done urgently so I'd rather work with someone that will be fully devoted to completing this this week. I have an urgency and need this done immediately. I will also be getting some paid apps that I will need you to implement and put in their correct place for me. Please let me know how much to complete the following and timeframe.
