Customize a Template

This is for customizing a Free Pligg template. Template to be customised is [login to view URL] It has been downloaded and some of the work has been done and can be seen here [login to view URL] (YOU CAN FINISH FROM HERE OR START FROM BEGINNING WITH FREE TEMPLATE DOWNLOAD) Tell me which you would like to do in PM. Template should look like attached sketch when finished. Customizing a template should actually take less than a day..and as long as someone focuses and is not trying to juggle 20 projects...they can get it...and just about any simple site done in 1 day
