DNS Proxy service similar to Unblockus

DNS Proxy Service Development Requirements Objective: Provide a DNS proxy service, modelled after “Unblockus” that allows geo-unblocking for online content delivery. The service required is not a VPN where all traffic and content is routed through VPN but rather a process to provide identified content provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, etc.) an appropriate country IP address, from an in-country server, for the initial content request but actual streaming of content is sent direct from provider to user and not sent thru DNS proxy service. The service will need to be able to provide a Trial period for users and manage paid subscriptions after trial is over. The service should provide the same functionality as Unblockus ([login to view URL]) except the “Netflix Region Picker” function. Detailed Requirements - see attached file
