Dagger Depot - From Scratch

I'm looking for a free-lancer who can design a website using OSCommerce solutions. I would like the website to be customised to be professional and eye catching, as well as easy to navigate and use. OSC already had pre-made customisations so the project coding will be minimal. Mostly it will be in the visual design. This website recieves a very large amount of visits from search engines, but sales are few and far between. Our products are offered at very low prices and are heavily sold on ebay, so I know this isnt the reason for low sales. I feel a more professional look and feel to our website is the key. Budget will not allow me to exceed $300, and I must have a satisfaction guaranteed. All future projects will be given to winning bidder.
