Design a web portal for online order from restaurants

I am looking for a complete website. I am looking for someone who can design and deploy the whole site with all features similar to [login to view URL] , where a user can search for restaurants in his area, have a look at the menu, select items he wants and place the order. I need work to be done both at front end and back end. At the end of the project i need to be able to Add new cities, new restaurants, make changes to the menu all without the need of writing a code. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
