Develop a Web and App system

Develop a Web portal for users to choose a business address that will be used for online shopping delivery. This portal shall allow users to manage a map screen with all previously registered address, to choose the most convenient address. The portal should also enable users, enter a goods tracking code that must be linked to the post office site. The Portal should alert users whole process of delivery of the goods. Essential features of the portal: - Third-party advertising area - Portal Information Disclosure area - Area detailing the process/operation of the service that will be offered - Area with the description of the packages for purchase of services - Area to search the registered and active addresses, showing an icon on the map for each registered address. Users will need to enter a ZIP code to display the map of the region. Login registered users and registering new users: - Registration of the using address - Registration of the financial information - Registration of the Pending deliveries and held - On the user's registration should be "forced" to read the rules and contracts accepted in the end. - Business Address indication (should be sent an email to the site administrator) Area registration of business addresses: - Exclusive area for the use of responsible commercial addresses with login - Registration of the financial information - Pending receipt of goods, awaiting delivery and goods delivered. In addition to the web site, an App (Android/IOS) should be built for smartphones and tablets, with the following basic features: - Specific app for users, with deliveries requested, pending and held. (like the muambator app) - Specific app for the responsable of business addresses, with the goods pendencies, awaiting delivery and deliveries made.
