A simple UI

Hi, I need a simple tray application (with installer) which can monitor up to 5 folders. The tray application should have an option to 'show contents'. The show contents will display a form on the screen, containing a grid. The grid will be a tree hirachy of the folders which has been set to monitor. Next to each 'folder' will be a drop down which the user can change the status of the folder to complete, in action etc, these configurable status will be selected via the application config file. Upon selecting a single folder the children files / folders will be displayed, including the individual files within the folder. The option to change the status for each file will be allowed on each file within the folder also. IF the top folder is set to a status all of the children within that folder will be set to same status. After each individual file may have a new status set which overides the parent folders status. All of the status for all of the files and folders are saved into a serialisable xml file. If a file is deleted / folder, the status will simply remain in the config file.
