Consultation for FoxPro 2.5 (Arabic)

I'm trying to help a friend with an old software. The software is a FoxPro 2.5 based, and running on Windows 3.1 (Arabic Enabled). I tried to run the program on a virtual environment, but it displays the lables in Arabic (can't actually see the messages) and then quits - Can send screenshots. I also used MS patch to run it on Windows XP, but it's exactly the same result. The required help items are as follows: ? ? ? 1- Provide me with a solution to be able to see Arabic messages. ? ? ? ? 2- Optionally (to be decided based on the messages seen), troubleshoot further to get it to a running state either in runtime or development environment. ? ? ? 3- Provide me with an export solution so I can extract the data out probably to MS Access or SQL server preserving the content and structure.
