Create a program that enales people to print their Astrology Birth online - for Mac and PC

I need an astrology program that enables visitors to create their birth chart online using their Mac or PC. I hope you can create a "whole sign" chart or what is called a vedic wheel chart instead of the traditional western house system chart. I have found this more accurate. This means that there are no numbers on the cusps. I can send an example if requested. I use a Mac 10.5.8 and Firefox browser ## Deliverables 1. Create astrology chart code that can be accessed via my website to generate an astrological chart with a whole sign wheel, or what is called "the vedic wheel." (Will send an example of this wheel if needed.) 2. Visitors must be able to insert their date, time and place into a software that generates an astrological chart, Western style, but with a whole sign chart. 3. Code must be compatible with PC and Mac and visitor musts\ be able to print out the chart from my website at www.skysage.com. 4. I operate a Mac 10.5.8. Software must be compatible with this and PC software for printout.
