Desktop application for betting exchange

The proposed application must work using the Betfair betting exchange. The basic objective of the application is to receive a bet from the user to post on Betfair and automatically post a bet which if matched provides the user with an equal profit no matter which selection wins the event. The application must make this 'trading' process smooth and quick so must use very little PC resources. It must search all Betfair markets or just selected markets and present the user with recommended trading opportunities, detailed in my functional requirements document, every minimum 1 second or repetitively each time an entire market search is completed. The application must provide good quality real time graphs and table betting for the user to easily trade a selection. The graphics for the graph must be smooth and not blocky or jerky. Graph and table fundamental functions: - Manual lay and back betting - Automatic trades based on manual user bets - Trailing stop-loss providing maximum profit and preventing potential further losses The application will allow user to dock and undock mini toolbars: - World Time Clocks - Profit/Loss Tracker - Account Information window - PC/Network performance window - Search results counter My own functional requirements which will be given to the chosen worker, does contain most of what is required including mockup screenshots - this should significantly speed up any necessary requirements gathering. Chosen worker(s) must have had previous and proven development experience with the betting exchange Betfair. Consideration will be given to those who have not had the experience but are confident enough to use the Betfair API without any further support from Betfair and who are ranked highly or received very good feedback. As well as the terms and conditions set through vWorker, the chosen worker(s) must be willing to sign a legally binding Work-For-Hire contract with non-disclosure agreement and functional requirements and scan over the signed document before work begins.
