Betfair horse racing data collection

Horse race data collection This is a re-posting of a previous request as no suitable bids were received. I have a program (Automator) which collects odds data from Betfair at two different time intervals. I wish to upgrade the program to collect data at two more intervals (thus providing odds movements over four intervals instead of the existing two) The program (written in C# and .net.. code available) works very well and includes a settings page to define some rules to apply based on the movement in odds. The program wil then recommend one or more types of bet and either place then on Betfair automatically or allow manual placement. I now want this program updated or something similar created with a new set of rules. I operate Automator at present several times to get the 4 sets of data and manually paste it into an excel spreadsheet . All of the rules are set using excel functions and would be much easier if written in code as "case of" statements for example.
