C# WinHttp 5.1 HTTPS Fix

We have a fully functional class that works with [login to view URL] we need it to work with https. we will give you the full class to work on once we start bidding. C#, DESKTOP Project only please someone who knows or has done this before should be a very simple fix. we think it has something to do with SetClientCertificate most likely will be fixed with less than 10 lines of code.
