Clean Up CSS in a Wordpress Theme-W3C/Browser - 12 hours

Hi All-- I have a rush job. I need a CSS clean up job to make my Wordpress template W3C compliant (from a CSS standpoint), consistent across all browsers, and a bit of tidying up to reduce white space and enhance look. You MUST do this on your servers. I will send you all pertinent files. In return, I expect the theme files returned, all cleaned up. MUST BE ABLE TO DELIVER WITHIN 12 HOURS OR LESS!!!!!
