Convert PSD -> HTML/CSS -> WordPress Theme

The website contains two templates. 1. Home Page (with jQuery loopedSlider plugin) 2. Sub Page (used for blog, about us page) === Requirements === Home Page Requirements: - Slideshow, use jQuery loopedSlider plugin with pagination (black transparent area at the bottom of the slideshow), and prev/next navigation Blog Requirements: - Every formatting tag must be styled (for example ul, ol, blockquotes, h1-h5, img, a) General Requirements - cross-browser support (IE 6,7, Mozilla) - Use semantic tags - Well structured and documented code - no horizontal scrolling - Every field, image, title in the PSD must match the HTML/CSS document, to the pixel - THe candidate may not use, edit, correct, adapt, modify or change the finished html/css in anyway All interested candidates, please send 2 live websites samples that has your name embedded in the html/css/javascript files.
