Add membership level plugin into my site -- 2

here is the template i bought. I just realized that It does not have the ability to have monthly memberships or yearly memberships. I need this set up. install the plugin for this.. [login to view URL] I want this plugin fixed [login to view URL] It is on my site you just have to finish setting it up.. Just give me a plugin that will allow me to give monthly prices yearly prices and however else i want it. Type 485989 if you can do the job..
